The Valley View Story
Established in 2016 by husband and wife team Adam & Karina, Valley View Farm is a lush 96 acres set on the Mid North Coast in the beautiful Manning Valley location of Rainbow Flat. The humble foundations of Valley View Farm were laid almost ten years ago when Adam and Karina were married and vowed to love each other “until the cows come home” and thus the dream of their beloved farming life began with their common commitment to fresh, delicious and organic homegrown produce.
Valley View Farm & Co works hard to deliver a vibrant range of local, high quality organic produce – in particular a colourful selection of signature garlic varieties. With a heartfelt focus on their own personal passions: ‘know your farmer’, ‘slow food’ and ‘paddock to plate’ with low food miles.
